Welcome to The Witch’s Stitches Fabric and Needle Arts Shop! Our charming, renovated 18th century building houses the finest 100% cotton and wool fabrics (over 4,500 bolts!), as well as a wide assortment of quilt books, patterns, kits and notions. But, we understand that machine needles aren’t the only needles our customers like to use. We also carry a wide range of cross stitch, needlepoint, punch needle, Mill Hill bead and embroidery patterns, fabrics, floss and kits. We’ve added yarn and accessories for knitters and crochet enthusiasts, tatting, hand-dyed wools for those who love applique and even basic instruction kits for introducing your favorite youngster to the joy of needle work!
In addition, our shop now boasts a beautiful new showroom where we sell Janome sewing machines from “Hello Kitty” starter models, through perfect portable styles for taking to class and including those great combination machines that sew, quilt and embroider! Come in for a test drive today!

And, if you just need advice on a color choice, measurement or if you’re stuck with a project you just can’t figure out, stop by and let one of our gifted staff help you.
We are a “shop”, not just a store. Helping our customers make their crafting vision a reality is the best part of our day. We’re here to assist, admire and inspire. We love to see what you’ve done as well as to help you “do”!
In 2013 I opened the doors of The Witch's Stitches with the idea of creating a shop that's all about FUN.
Here you'll see models of projects displayed in little vignettes such as precious quilts in a baby's nursery or country runners atop old crates with a chicken and eggs surrounding it! We also provide for the "non-quilters" with a "man chair" and a supply of magazines with gears and gadgets in them!
But, I'll bet you can guess that the most frequently asked question, besides "Is this on sale?" is "Where did you get the name of your shop? " Primarily I wanted the name to reflect the offerings in our shop. So, Stitches seems to cover all aspects of sewing. Secondly, I wanted the name to be remembered. The Witch's Stitches rhymes AND tends to be cute enough to be remembered. Finally and most importantly, I think that creativity, in all its various forms, IS magic! So the name really fits what we and our customers do here.
Because - The "magic" truly is in your hands!

2. Stop by our shop and provide us with your class choice(s) along with your payment, which can be cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover

Visit our newly renovated, Janome space and gain real hands on experience with the machines to understand for yourself the ease, and possibilities that is Janome. We know you won't be disappointed. Also available at our store are accessories, parts, and servicing you can't get anywhere else.
